Additionally, we discuss being your Sponsor, making sure that this is the best fit for you and that you are well informed of Real's networking process. Our culture at Real is one of collaboration, so our main priority is to be your support system, helping you succeed along the way!

JOIN REAL

Congratulations on your decision to join Real! After meeting with Jorge, and coming to a mutual agreement on your Sponsor/Sponsee relationship, the next and final step is to start the onboarding process!

While completing your application you will complete an Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) as part of your onboarding process. Please keep an eye out, during the process of completing your ICA is when you will be asked to enter your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor information. Please use the following information to enter Jorge as your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor.

Please note: The sponsor name and email must be listed on your ICA prior to you officially submitting your ICA agreement. This is required in order to ensure your Sponsor will officialy be apart of your network. You cannot change it after your ICA is submitted, so please make sure the Sponsor information is listed before completing and submitting your ICA.
