OUR STORY
American Freehold was founded in July of 2017, the month in which our first rental property was acquired. Since then, we have grown into a portfolio of multiple rental properties within the Mid-Hudson Valley NY region. In 2024, our founder Jorge Lugo, retired from the corporate workforce and expanded our real estate business by going full-time into the real estate sales industry. Through property acquisitions, property management of our own assets, and real estate sales, we provide continuous service to our clients. Our goal is to be the real estate resource for all individuals that are looking to buy, sell, or invest in all property types. We love what we do, and real estate affords us the opportunity to help others. This is our passion.
